About Us

Guided by compassion Driven by care.

Signature Consortium Ltd (SCL) is a modern, forward-thinking domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering safe, personalised, and high-quality home care. We support people of all ages living with complex health needs, long-term conditions, learning disabilities, and autism, helping them remain independent, confident, and connected to the life and community they value.

Our approach is grounded in co-production, lived experience, and shared decision-making. We believe people are experts in their own lives, so every care plan is built with them — reflecting their goals, identity, cultural background, strengths, and preferences.

Our Care Principles

We deliver care that is:

  • Trauma-informed — promoting safety, trust, empowerment, and choice.
  • Culturally sensitive & inclusive — respecting heritage, language, belief, identity, and lived experience.
  • Person-centred & strengths-based — focusing on what matters most to each individual.
  • Co-produced — developed with people, families, and networks.
  • Dignified & compassionate — ensuring every person feels valued and understood.
  • Holistic & preventative — supporting long-term wellbeing, not just tasks.

As a CQC-registered and digitally enabled provider, we use modern systems for care planning, communication, and quality assurance. This ensures responsive, transparent, and consistently high-standard support for individuals, families, and commissioners.

We champion Left Shift, Home-First, and prevention-first approaches, helping people stay healthier for longer and reducing avoidable crises. Our focus is proactive wellbeing, not reactive intervention.

SCL works in partnership with Neighbourhood & Integrated Care Teams, community nurses, therapists, PCN roles, social care professionals, and voluntary-sector partners to ensure coordinated, joined-up support that wraps around the person — not the system.

VISION

Tailored Support Plans for Every Individual

Committed to Dignity, Independence & Wellbeing

Compassionate Care. Meaningful Support. Professionals You Can Trust.

Signature Consortium Ltd is a CQC-registered care organisation delivering inclusive, relationship-led, and prevention-focused support, shaped around each person’s story, strengths, and needs.
We work in partnership with families, communities, and multidisciplinary teams to provide care that is joined-up, respectful, and centred on dignity, choice, and belonging — helping people stay well, live well, and thrive.

Where Compassion Meets Purpose

Signature Consortium was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves care that is human, relational, and uniquely meaningful — care that reflects who they are, what matters to them, and how they want to live.

Our name was chosen with intention. A signature is personal, distinctive, and one-of-a-kind — and so is every individual we support. We created Signature Consortium to embody this truth: care should never be generic, rushed, or routine, but shaped around each person’s identity, story, and aspirations.

Our journey began with lived experience. Having supported our own loved ones, we saw first-hand how care could feel disjointed, inconsistent, and lacking in continuity — with too many people receiving help only when things reached a crisis point. We knew there had to be a better way: a model where people are supported to stay well, not just cared for when unwell.

So we set out to build something different — an organisation where continuity, connection, and coordinated support sit at the heart of every interaction, and where care is designed to promote health, prevent decline, and strengthen wellbeing from the outset.

Today, Signature Consortium is known for delivering inclusive, prevention-focused, and joined-up care that honours each person’s uniqueness and helps them live well for longer. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, communities, and multidisciplinary partners to provide support that is not only safe and reliable, but also personal, proactive, consistent, and truly aligned with each person’s life and goals.

Our story continues every day — in every moment of trust, every step towards wellbeing, and every life we help strengthen through care that is as unique and enduring as a signature.

Signature Consortium — Our Core Values

Relational Care

We believe the foundation of great care is connection. We build strong, meaningful relationships that honour each person’s story, preferences, and aspirations — because care should always be done with people, not to them.

Uniqueness & Personal Meaning

Like a signature, every individual is one-of-a-kind. We design care that reflects each person’s identity, culture, strengths, and what truly matters to them — creating support that is personal, meaningful, and distinctive.

Prevention & Staying Well

We focus on health, not illness. Our approach is proactive, prevention-driven, and centred on helping people stay well, live well, and thrive, reducing crisis and promoting long-term wellbeing.

Continuity & Consistency

Care should be seamless, dependable, and coordinated. We prioritise continuity of care — ensuring familiar faces, consistent support, and joined-up communication that builds trust, safety, and stability.

Joined-Up & Collaborative Working

We work in partnership with families, communities, and multidisciplinary teams. Integrated, neighbourhood-style collaboration ensures that every person receives connected, holistic support that reflects their wider life and network.

Dignity, Choice & Belonging

Every person deserves to feel respected, valued, and at home in their own life. We honour people’s choices, promote independence, and support environments of belonging where identity is celebrated, not overlooked.

Co-Production & Empowerment

We work alongside people as equal partners. Their voice leads the way. Together, we shape support that builds confidence, capability, and control.

Inclusivity & Compassion

We welcome every person with empathy, respect, and openness. We deliver care that is inclusive, equitable, and kind — ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.
